1. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will generally be delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location across India.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

  • Standard delivery is free on all orders 

3. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package. You can monitor its journey through our logistics partner's portal.

4. Damaged or Misplaced Shipments

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, or if your tracking shows the item was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately. For damaged products, please share an unboxing video or photographs within 24–48 hours of delivery to help us process a resolution quickly.

5. Address Corrections & Undelivered Orders

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact numbers provided during checkout are accurate. KAUSHIK FASHION is not responsible for deliveries delayed or failed due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the order.
